You can use a step repeat system for your next forum or seminar. Having a step repeat system at your seminar creates a more of a professional presence and makes the event more eclectic, and emphasizes the theme or the main point of the event.
As you can see in this event, sdi industries used a couple of step repeat systems for their seminar/forum in Las Vegas. Sdi industries was able to make the rooms more energetic with the step repeat systems. Even sdi was able to secure revenue by selling the step repeat space to the sponsors. This reduced the cost of the event, and the sponsors were able to brand and expose their logo and company for the event.
In the main room, the company's logo was blown up and places behind the key speakers. This would allow the to have a focal point to the room and to remind the clients softly the host of the show. In the breakfast room, we were able to add another step repeat system and on foam board with the sponsor's logos. That way the sponsors were able to give out their literature and information.
Banner stands were also used in the main registration lobby to make sure the prospects where to go. Sdi industries added the logos of their current clients so they can make assure prospects who they are currently servicing with their products and services.
